Charlie Heinsz was born and raised in Shelby, MS, and graduated from Bayou Academy. After attending the University of Mississippi, he had the longing to return to his family farm, “Blue Cane,” where he still lives today. For 38 years, Charlie farmed with his family growing rice, soybeans, and wheat. He and his wife, Beth, raised three children, Brittany, Brigham, and Tres. They are proud grandparents to a beautiful little girl, Charlie.
As a life-long native of Bolivar County and a seasoned real estate professional and recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives daily to exceed their expectations. Being raised in The Delta, Charlie understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life there with its unmatched beauty, culture and rich soil! He feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become his friends and a strong part of his network.
In his free time, Charlie enjoys being on the farm observing the crops, giving advice when asked, watching wildlife, and admiring the Lord’s creations. Together with his family, Charlie can be found in Oxford supporting the Ole Miss Rebels- something he is very passionate about.
