They made their mark in and around Learned, Mississippi, which is Chipper’s headquarters today. The experiences Chipper has gained through managing his 1,500+ acre spread are perfect for helping those discerning sportsmen sell and find great properties. You should ask him about his quail and turkey management and his joy when he unexpectedly flushes a covey or runs across a turkey brood old enough to fly. Chipper started out in the appraisal business many years ago, where he gained valuable experience in all types of real estate. But he naturally gravitated back to what he loved… LAND.
