Daniel Courtney developed a passion for wildlife at an early age. Growing up near his family farm in Brandon, Mississippi, allowed him to enjoy fishing the farm ponds in the summer and chasing deer in the fall and turkeys in the spring. Spending many weekends with his grandfather allowed him to experience how to properly manage wildlife and the livestock on the farm. Growing up, he also hunted in Leake County, Mississippi, with his grandfather and uncle, and some of his fondest memories include getting in trouble for checking out of school early to hunt.
Over the course of his hunting career, Daniel has developed a strong love for bowhunting, and he harvested his first deer with a bow at age 11. He enjoys hunting just about anything and is an avid waterfowl hunter. In addition to hunting, he loves checking trail cameras in the summer and planting food plots in early fall. In his free time, he also enjoys golfing with friends and is even a PADI-certified scuba diver.
Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Daniel finished high school and later attended the University of Mississippi. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Upon graduating, he soon realized he wanted to pursue a career revolving around something he had a strong passion for, which was wildlife. With his passion for wildlife, Daniel has always had a strong love for the land, leading him to real estate. He’s excited to help clients find their perfect property and support them however he can.
