Justin is a native of Itawamba County with a deep passion for hunting, fishing, and land management. He grew up hunting and fishing in the Old Tombigbee River bottom along the Tennessee–Tombigbee Waterway, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for the land and wildlife conservation.
Justin attended Mississippi State University and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management. Throughout his career as a Wildlife Biologist and Registered Forester, he has continued expanding his expertise through additional certifications, including becoming a Mississippi Prescribed Burn Manager and earning the National Deer Association Level 1 and Level 2 Deer Steward certifications. These qualifications have strengthened his knowledge and experience in property and wildlife management.
Justin and his wife, Leanna, live in Fulton with their three children, Jevan, Kendall, and Tatum.
