Tracey Bell, ALC

A Cleveland, Mississippi native, Tracey Bell was raised in the family furniture business by her parents, Becky and Gary Garrett. After graduating from Bayou Academy, she attended the University of Mississippi and later earned her degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Tracey has lived in Nashville, TN; Beverly Hills, CA; Destin, FL; and Whitefish, MT—but she’ll be the first to tell you there’s no place like home, and certainly no place like the Mississippi Delta!

Tracey began her real estate career in 2004 flipping houses and soon discovered her passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals. She earned her Florida real estate license in 2012, Mississippi license in 2015, and her Mississippi Broker’s license in 2019. Today, she manages numerous rental properties and works with clients across residential, commercial, and land transactions. Tracey is a member and previous board president as well as treasurer of the Cleveland Board of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Realtor Land Institute, and is a graduate of the Mississippi Realtor Institute. In addition to her real estate work, Tracey and her husband, Warren Bell, are deeply rooted in the community. Warren is an attorney, judge, farmer, and landlord, and together they own and operate rental properties and farmland in the Delta. Their family is equally involved—two of their sons work on the farm, one son is building his own career in real estate, their oldest daughter is a nurse, and their youngest daughter attends Ole Miss.

Her extensive knowledge of the local market, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach make her a trusted advisor to both buyers and sellers.
