Tyler Alldread

Hailing from the rural community of Vaiden, Mississippi, Tyler Alldread had little to do as a child unless it was an outdoor activity. "My fondest memories from my childhood were the times spent outdoors with my mom, dad, and two incredible grandfathers."  Like most kids in very rural Mississippi, Tyler played all types of ball, hunted all the species to hunt, and fished every creek, river, pond, and lake nearby. His educational background took a very different course from the outdoors as he graduated from Mississippi State with a degree in Industrial Technology. Fast forward 17 years, and Tyler found himself with an opportunity to leave manufacturing and become a real estate salesperson specializing in rural land sales. "Nick Thomas opened the door for me to get outside the walls of a manufacturing environment and begin a career in real estate." Before leaving manufacturing, Nick helped Tyler get a Conservation Stewardship Program contract in 2017 on Tyler's farm in Carroll County. "That opened my eyes to the potential to obtain funds to offset costs of  practicing conservation efforts that give back to the wildlife and its habitat." As Tyler has grown older, his concentration has shifted from killing the biggest deer and catching the most fish to learning how to manage native habitats to grow mature deer and sustain a healthy population of wild turkeys. His manufacturing background has helped in real estate as he understands process flow, evaluating business decisions, and managing budgets, which are all directly related to land buying and land management practices.
"I was 25 years old when I bought my first piece of land, and I had very little help navigating through that process and making sure that I was making a wise decision."  "Now I can help others navigate that process and share my experiences with conservation efforts and practices all across our great state of Mississippi." Tyler and his wife Jessi live in Winona, where they are members of First Baptist Church of Winona and raising two beautiful children, Parker Rose and Ty!
