Welcome to Jackson Point Hunting Club! As you enter the gates at Jackson Point Hunting Club, you immediately feel the history, tradition, and natural beauty that make this property truly special. Established in 1984, the club was built on a shared passion for the outdoors and a commitment to preserving exceptional hunting land for generations to enjoy.
A short drive through the property reveals an abundance of well-maintained food plots, strategically placed stands, and beautiful hardwood timber that provide ideal habitat for wildlife and some of the best hunting opportunities in the region.
Nestled in the fertile Mississippi River Batture, this remarkable property benefits from rich floodplain soils that naturally support a diverse range of wildlife. Spanning nearly 8,000 acres, the land is predominantly timber, carefully managed through active harvest practices that create a healthy mix of forest ages. This thoughtful stewardship provides ideal cover, abundant food sources, and ample space for deer and other game species to thrive. Strategic thinning and select cuts allow sunlight to reach the forest floor, encouraging year-round vegetation while promoting strong hardwood growth for valuable winter mast.
In addition to its natural resources, the club maintains approximately 350 acres of well-planned food plots, featuring a combination of warm-season crops for optimal nutrition and winter plots to provide critical late-season forage. Members benefit from the expertise of a full-time caretaker (Kyle Vansickle) and part-time wildlife biologist (Lan Wilf), ensuring the land continues to perform at a high level year after year.
Jackson Point offers year-round enjoyment with something for every member of the family — from exceptional deer and duck hunting to fishing, trail riding, and relaxing in the beauty of the Delta outdoors. Convenient access is located on the Arkansas side of the river, just 24 miles southwest of Helena, AR and 68 miles southwest of Memphis, TN. The property is accessible by vehicle until the Helena River Gauge reaches 38 feet, with strong duck hunting typically beginning around 27 feet on the Helena gauge.
In 2024, Jackson Point was honored as Arkansas Deer Club of the Year by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission after an impressive 18 deer scored over 140” B&C during the 2023–2024 season — a testament to the club’s outstanding habitat management and hunting opportunities.
