Over 350 acres of this tract is comprised of outstanding hardwood timber with a few native pines mixed throughout. The remaining portion was select cut the proper way, with most of the better trees left. This timber management strategy has generated some great woodland diversity, which compliments the more closed canopy timber stands. Among the rolling hills are a myriad of ready-made funnels and pinch points for the avid bow hunter. Opportunity is endless for someone who loves to design good stand sets at the perfect ambush point.
