Michael Sullivan

Originally from Starkville, Mississippi, Michael Sullivan spent much of his childhood immersed in the outdoors—whether in the woods, on the water, or on the soccer field. These early experiences fostered a deep appreciation for nature, hard work, and teamwork, values that have remained central to his personal and professional life. His passion for the outdoors, combined with a strong competitive spirit developed through athletics, helped shape the disciplined and relationship-focused approach he brings to his work today.

After graduating from Starkville High School, Michael continued his soccer career at Itawamba Community College, where he further developed his leadership skills both on and off the field. Following his time at ICC, he transferred to Mississippi State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration. Committed to both personal and professional growth, Michael completed a Master of Business Administration while simultaneously coaching collegiate soccer full-time—an experience that strengthened his abilities in leadership, communication, and strategic planning.

Drawing on years of experience working closely with individuals and teams, Michael recently transitioned into real estate, where he could combine his strong interpersonal skills with his lifelong admiration for land and the outdoors. He is passionate about helping clients turn their goals into reality and is grounded in a professional philosophy centered on honesty, transparency, and dedicated service. Michael approaches every opportunity with integrity, enthusiasm, and a strong motivation to excel.

Michael currently resides in Senatobia, Mississippi, with his wife, Rachel, and their three dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending weekends hunting and fishing whenever possible. And when he’s not outdoors, you can often find him back in Starkville cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs and staying connected to the community that helped shape him.
